MK Tzipi Hotovely (Likud) visited the community of Beit El in the Benjamin region as part of a project by MKs and ministers who are members of The Land of Israel Lobby in the Knesset, touring educational institutions in Judea and Samaria marking the beginning of the new school year.

Hotovely visited the religious high school "Raáya" which is in Beit El – and talked with the students. Later she met with Mayor Moshe Rosenboim, who expressed his shock at the heinous murder of four Jews from Bet Haggai.

Hotovely promised to continue to apply Israeli law to the Area C throughout Judea and Samaria and in addition, to act apply Israeli law over additional parts of Judea and Samaria in order to enable or disable the disturbances made by the Ministry of Defense and the civil administration, that prevent the growth of settlements in Judea and Samaria.

The guest said that she will be active in trying to open the Adam-Qalandiya road to Jewish movement and thus to eliminate the discrimination against the Jews who are not allowed to travel along it. It could be used by tens of thousands of Jews living in communities in Judea and Samaria area so they can travel in comfort with complete security.

"A shooting attack such as the unfortunate one we witnessed last night, shows us once again that terrorist organizations are taking advantage of our intentions for peace and are continuing to attack innocent civilians. We must apply Israeli sovereignty in all of Judea and Samaria so that settlers can have the same law as all other citizens of Israel."
